These terms are an agreement between you and KEB Tech, Inc., called “KEB Tech,” “we,” or “us” here, for the KEB OS desktop app, the KEB OS mobile app, KEB OS cloud computers, and keb-os.com. By creating an account or using KEB OS, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Give us accurate sign-up information, keep your sign-in methods safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. To buy a paid plan, you must be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
Community rules
Spaces are shared with other people, so there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post, share, or use KEB OS to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
- Promote hate or violence against people based on who they are.
- Share sexually explicit content, or any content that sexualizes minors.
- Share content that is illegal, or encourage illegal or dangerous activity.
- Impersonate others, or share someone’s private information without permission.
- Send spam, scams, malware, or anything meant to break, overload, or get around KEB OS security.
- Violate anyone’s intellectual property or other rights.
Reporting and blocking
In the mobile app, press and hold a message to report it or to block the person who sent it. Blocking hides their messages from you. You can also email reports to feedback@keb-os.com. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.
Your content
You own what you create in KEB OS. You give us permission to store, process, copy, and display it only as needed to run KEB OS for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the AI providers you use with KEB Agent. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you share.
KEB Agent and AI
KEB Agent uses AI models from third-party providers, and AI can be wrong. Review its work before you rely on it, especially for anything financial, legal, medical, or hard to undo. KEB Agent acts on your behalf when you ask it to, so you’re responsible for the actions you direct or approve. When you connect your own AI provider account, that provider’s terms also apply.
Transcribing calls
In KEB Calls, the host can have a call transcribed.
- Before anything is captured, everyone in the call is asked to agree, and anyone who doesn’t agree leaves the call while it’s transcribed. Don’t try to get around this, for example by recording or transcribing people with another app or device without telling them.
- When you transcribe a call, you’re responsible for having the right to do so and for following the laws that apply to you and the people on the call, including laws that require everyone’s consent.
- Transcripts are your content (see “Your content”). For a call in a Space, they belong to that Space, and its owner and admins manage them. You decide who you share them with, and you’re responsible for how you use them.
- If someone who was on the call asks us to, we may remove their name and their words from a transcript and its call record, and we’ll tell you when we do. Please also delete anything you copied from the call elsewhere. We may also delete a transcript if someone on the call never agreed to be transcribed, or if the law requires it.
- Transcripts are made automatically and may contain mistakes.
- On KEB Starter, our free plan, you can transcribe calls up to 3 times each calendar month (UTC). For a call in a Space, this counts toward the Space owner’s plan.
- If you join a call someone else transcribes, the person who turned on transcription controls the transcript (for a call in a Space, the Space’s owner and admins too), and our Privacy Policy explains how it’s handled.
Paid plans
Some features need a paid plan. Our pricing page and checkout show each plan’s price and what it includes. KEB Pro is $19 per month and includes 50 personal automations, your own call link, calls up to 24 hours, 100 GB of Cards storage and custom Space options. It doesn’t include a cloud computer. KEB Max is $99 per month and adds an always-on cloud computer, instant triggers and 1 TB of Cards storage. KEB Business isn’t available yet and can’t be purchased.
- Billing and renewal. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. You’re charged for your first month when you subscribe, and your plan then renews automatically every month until you cancel, billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method when you subscribe and then each month for your plan’s price, plus any taxes that apply.
- Getting your cloud computer. When you subscribe to a plan that includes a cloud computer, we set it up for you and email you when it’s ready. How long setup takes can vary, and checkout tells you what to expect before you pay. Until your cloud computer is ready, you can ask us to refund your payment in full. If it isn’t ready within 24 hours of your payment, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund that payment in full, whether you keep your plan or cancel it. If we can’t set up your cloud computer at all, we’ll cancel your plan and refund you in full.
- Canceling. You can cancel anytime from your account’s Plan settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Switching plans. You can switch plans in your Plan settings. When you move to a higher-priced plan, we charge the difference for the rest of your month right away, and the new plan starts once that payment goes through. When you move to a lower-priced plan, it starts right away, and we credit the difference toward your future bills. If you switch to a plan with a cloud computer and it isn’t ready within 24 hours of that payment, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund that payment in full.
- Plan limits. If you move to a plan with lower limits, or your plan ends, your content stays, but anything over the new plan’s limits stops working. For example, only as many personal automations as your plan allows will run.
- Refunds. Payments aren’t refundable, including for partial months, except as described under “Getting your cloud computer” and “Switching plans,” or where the law requires a refund. If something else went wrong, contact us and we’ll work with you.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll ask you to update your payment method. If it isn’t fixed, we may pause your paid features, including your cloud computer, and then cancel your plan.
- Price changes. We may change our prices. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, so you can cancel before then.
- Founding members. Our first 50 subscribers are founding members, and you become one when your first payment goes through. A founding member keeps the price their plan had when they joined (its “founding price”) for as long as their KEB OS account exists, even if they cancel and come back, and gets the new features we add to their plan at no extra cost. If a founding member switches plans, they pay the new plan’s founding price.
- Original plans. Before October 13, 2026, we sold KEB Pro for $49 per month, with a cloud computer that sleeps when idle and 1 TB of Cards storage, and KEB Max for $99 per month, with an always-on cloud computer and 2 TB of Cards storage (the “original plans”). We no longer sell them to new subscribers, and we don’t move anyone off them automatically. A founding member who subscribed to an original plan keeps its price and everything it included when they joined, with no plan limit on personal automations, for as long as their KEB OS account exists. They can return to either original plan at its original price, even after canceling.
- Taxes. Prices don’t include taxes unless we say so.
Cloud computers
KEB Max includes an always-on cloud computer: a private server that we host and run KEB OS on for you. KEB Pro doesn’t include one. The original plans keep theirs: on the original KEB Pro, it sleeps when idle and wakes for your scheduled automations and when you open it; on the original KEB Max, it stays on.
- Your data. What you keep on your cloud computer is your content (see “Your content”). We don’t back up your cloud computer while you use it, so keep your own copies of anything important. When you cancel, we keep a snapshot for 30 days and then delete it. If you switch to a plan without a cloud computer, we stop your cloud computer when the switch takes effect, keep a snapshot for 30 days, and then delete it, just as when you cancel. If you delete your account, we delete your cloud computer right away. Deleted cloud computers and snapshots can’t be recovered.
- Your accounts on it. When you sign in to an AI provider, like ChatGPT or Claude, or to any website on your cloud computer, you’re using your own account, and that service’s terms apply, including any rules about how and where you can use it. You’re responsible for following them and for what happens in those accounts. Only sign in to accounts you’re allowed to use this way.
- Access. You open your cloud computer only through the KEB OS apps while signed in to your KEB OS account. Keep your KEB OS account secure, and don’t share access to your cloud computer with anyone else.
- Fair use. Your cloud computer is for your own work with KEB OS. Don’t use it to mine cryptocurrency; send spam or bulk messages; scan, attack, or overload other systems; run proxies or VPNs for others; share or resell access; host or spread illegal content or malware; or get around another service’s limits or security. Plans have resource limits. If a cloud computer breaks these rules or harms KEB OS or other customers, we may limit, pause, or stop it.
- Availability. We work to keep cloud computers running, but we can’t promise they’ll always be available. Waking from sleep takes a short time, so scheduled automations may start a little late.
- Our access. Our team accesses a cloud computer only for support you ask for, to keep KEB OS secure, or when the law requires it, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Other services
KEB OS lets you open websites and connect other services. We don’t control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Beta software and changes
KEB OS is still evolving, and some features are in beta. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. When we make significant changes, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use KEB OS means you accept the updated terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using KEB OS and delete your account at any time in the mobile app under Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put other people or KEB OS at risk. If you delete your account, any paid plan is canceled automatically. If we end your access because you broke these terms, we may stop your cloud computer and delete it as described above.
Disclaimers and liability
KEB OS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, KEB Tech isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or KEB OS will be heard in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you and KEB Tech agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away any rights you have under the laws where you live.
Apple devices
If you use KEB OS on an Apple device, these terms are between you and KEB Tech, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for KEB OS or its support, and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app.
